Had a problem with my heater on a 2013 Lexus 460. Took it to the Lexus dealer and they gave me an estimate to repair that was over $2500. I went to Alvin’s repair who did a complete diagnostic. Turns out the radiator needed flushing for less than a third of the cost to repair. Hard to find a honest repair shop. I highly recommend this place. Anthony and Lou do a great job in resolving my issues and could not be more satisfied by their professionalism and integrity

I called Alvin's Auto Center when I saw the great Google reviews. Our 2012 Prius had its catalytic converter stolen back in January and we were on a waiting list at the dealership for a replacement. It was now 8 months later with no sign of getting it fixed. So when I called up Alvin's, I had low expectations that they'd be able to help. Right away, Tony let me know they actually had a catalytic converter that could quite possibly be the part I need. He called the dealership to verify before I scheduled the tow to the shop. Thankfully it was the right part. For parts and labor it was around $3700 (my insurance quoted me $2400). Tony worked with my insurance company, which turned out to be quite a headache, but in the end I only needed to pay my deductible and my insurance picked up the supplemental cost. Tony was beyond patient with the hundred questions I had and the Prius was back to working order in a matter of days. I highly recommend Alvin's Auto Center for your car repair needs.

Alvin's Auto is the best mechanic shop I have been to. Great staff, very friendly and easy to work with. They do not pressure you into doing work that isn't needed. They are honest and reasonably priced.

Was having an acceleration issue for a while now, I was able to take it in fairly quick and get an estimate. Issue was resolved and my car runs great now, a big thank you too Andy who was very communicative and helpful throughout the whole process.
