This was was my first time using Alvin's Auto Center for auto maintenance. I found the experience completely positive. My appointment was for an 8AM oil change and I was serviced immediately. Anthony was friendly and professional . What stood out was his customer service, knowledge, and how he engaged with each customer individually. I will have no hesitation in bringing my Porsche Cayenne for service again! 5 star service!

I visited Alvin's to get my car checked for an overheating issue. Tony was very patient and diligent, and took the time to examine and root cause the reason for the latter, and not only fixed the original issue, but a couple of other issues as well, that would have resulted in a slew of major issues later on. There were no overhead costs that were added to my bill, and the work was done within a day, with no hassles. I have no hesitation in recommending Alvin's to anyone who may be in need of a professional auto-shop.
