I've used Alvin's auto center twice now for multiple issues with my 2011 Jeep Patriot. They are extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the issues that my car was experiencing (loose e-brake, cracked engine mounts/transmission mount, and exhaust hitting my trailer hitch). I knew what to expect price wise before committing, but ended up actually paying less that what was expected. They definitely gained my trust. I will be using them and referring them from here on out!

I had researched best shops to take my Hyundai to in SJ and came across Alvins. They took care of all my issues and were fairly priced. The communication was definitely there, and I never felt like they were trying to get me to pay for extra services that weren't necessary. Overall really nice people. Would definitely return for my next repair.

The battery I needed wasn’t in stock but was ordered, received, and installed within three hours of my first phone call. Excellent customer service!
