First time with the shop and I received great customer service from the phone call all the way to towing my car to Alvin’s. Tony provided diagnosis and step-by-step updates on the progress of the service performed on my VW. Tony also provided explanation of the cause on what was repaired. This was useful when trying to understand what happened to my locked ignition. The shop provided services that I should consider in the future by mileage. Because of the thorough walk through and excellent service, I will return for my next service. Thank you

Alvins Auto Center has been a place my parents have been going to when I was a kid. Im 35 years old now and still support them. Now not only do they have 1 location, but 2! In San Jose & Milpitas. Their professional & great customer service exist at both places! It can get busy at their shops, but with their kindness & expertise, theyre well trusted and worth getting your repairs from them.
