It was very easy to make an appointment. I was kept in the loop the entire time my car was being worked on. Everything was fine with care and fairly quickly.

My 05 Toyota Highlander AC cooling problem was fixed by Alvin’s Auto! After going to a mechanic twice which was recommended in Yelp and spending money for AC recharge - AC was still not cold. Tony from Alvin’s Auto was able to help me solve this AC problem. He is honest and gives timely updates on the status of the repair. I highly recommend Alvin’s Auto Center.

They were able to schedule an appointment quickly and fix car they same day. I felt informed on what was going to be fixed and cost.

The team at Alvin’s were great. They offer a free towing option if your within 3-miles which was wonderful. My ride needed a lot of work and they were relatively quick and communicated very well. Prices seemed very fair. I do think they should waive the $155 inspection fee if the customer agrees to perform the work recommended. Outside of that, I had a wonderful experience and will be returning when needed.
