My SO and I love Alvin's Auto!! Great auto body shop who know their stuff when it comes down to Toyota owned cars. We brought in our '06 Prius for an electrical problem with the signal light and electrical water pump. Of course, we brought in the car at Toyota Stevens Creek for a price quote which was way over our budget, plus they weren't as knowledgeable compared to Alvin's. Anthony, who helped us at the time, he was well rounded on Toyota cars and carefully inspected the car by showing us what were the problems and what should be done as opposed to Toyota Stevens Creek who didn't show us anything but a printed paper of things to get fixed. Alvin and the staff were friendly, honest and didn't pressure us into anything. After much consideration, we decided to get our car fixed here! Not only were they helpful, but they provide legitimate Toyota parts and not generic brands that will ruin your car! We're definitely coming here from now on for service and maintenance! Well priced and efficient!

I love Alvin's Auto Center -- Willow Glen! Anthony is extremely helpful and he and his guys know their stuff. They don't cheat you or rip you off and tells you exactly what your car needs. They did an excellent job for brake fluid change! They gave me a reasonable price on that if you mention you check in from yelp. My car needs to brake flush and South Bay Honda was $100+, so I decided to go somewhere else. I called in on Thursday and make an appointment and Anthony was very helpful. Just took an hour to finish it and they also check out everything else include your tire pressure. It's nice job for them!

Alvin's Auto is my exclusive shop for my car. They do quality work and are extremely reliable. They do not push any fixes on you and only recommend things that are urgent. I found this shop through yelp and have recommended it to my friends and family. Tony and the other workers are friendly, respectful, honest and knowledgeable. If you are looking for an honest shop with good people, this is the place to go.

We've been getting our Camry serviced at Alvin's for the past 3 years. Excellent customer service, reasonable prices, and nice people.

Alvin's Auto is now the only place I take my car for maintenance. If car years are anything like dog years, my Camry is 133 human years old. But I swear every time I pick it from Alvin's, it's like my car is 16 again and just had its first kiss. Thank you Tony & co for keeping my old-ass car alive and kickin'. So I'm that typical girl who has no idea what goes on under the hood of her car. And I absolutely look it. It would be too easy to rip me off, especially when I show up alone in all my five-foot-tall splendor saying that I have no clue why my check engine light is on. But I was referred to Alvin's Auto by a friend, and after checking the Yelp reviews I felt pretty confident about taking my car there. Everyone is totally right. I brought my MDX in after I had some codes go off. Tony helped me with pulling the codes and doing an inspection on the car. My car story is a long, stressful one which I won't bore you all with. BUT, I must say how impressed I was with the service and helpfulness I got at Alvin's that I didn't get at the Acura dealership. I'm bringing my business here from now on and not the dealership.

I went in to get my 2001 Mercedes ML 320 safety inspection done since I recently inherited it from my sister. This has to be one of the most courteous and down to earth car repair shop. ALVIN and his son are both very polite, to the point people. I mainly dealt with Tony. He listened to all my problems, investigated each one of them thoroughly, communicated things back to me promptly and gave me good advice. At the end of the service, I walked away a confident driver knowing my car is now in good shape. Would highly recommend this place. Parking is a bit tricky at times since there are many car repair shops and too many cars there, but it's manageable.

I hate feeling like i'm getting taken advantage of, this is not the case here. They have always been super professional. I drive from Sunnyvale just to have him work on my cars.
